Experience
I have been teaching mathematics and english for over 7 years, on both university and school level. Also, I have taken the SAT twice, the ACT once, and the Calculus AP exam when I graduated high school. As a math major, I am very qualified to address main struggles within this area and help students improve their performance within Mathematics. Also, I have been speaking english since I was 5 so it is a native language for me, even though my mother tongue is Spanish :) This way, I am capable of instructing on both languages at equal proficiency. Within my teaching experience, I have met amazing students that just needed to be shown another way into mathematics or english in order to improve and master skills they struggled with at the beginning. I love to tackle problems with my students and it is very gratifying to show someone the way in this two education subjects.
